I saw this article in today's Online edition of the Detroit News. It talks about how the Pistons and Red Wings could share an arena in Downtown Detroit. I'm not quite sure about the idea at the moment. The Pistons played downtown back in the days, and the Wings currently play downtown. I'd like to see them both play at the same location. I don't know how they'd handle them playing several times in the same week. The Article talks about the lease for Joe Louis Arena not being renewed after this year, and they are looking for a temporary home for the Wings, with Ford Field being mentioned in the article. I think that Ford Field could handle all those fans, with the Lions and Red Wings sharing space when special events aren't being held. Well, more later or tomorrow.
