I ran across an article in today's Detroit Free Press about Miguel Cabrera being in treatment for Alcoholism This all stems from an incident that happened at the end of last season where he had a little too much to drink during a night on the town. He says that he'll be better than before. I admire him for seeking help. I think that you should get help from somebody if you know you're having a problem. You can become a better person when you are away from personal demons and temptations in the world. Sometimes, you just need a listening ear to hear you out without being judgemental or critical of what's going on, and sometimes you may need therapy for more complex issues. Whatever course of action you take, it's always good to know that you'll feel better and you'll be a better person to those you know and care about.
