An Interesting Read
I found this article in USA Today pretty interesting. It's about the 20-year-old police chief in a town near Cuidad Juarez. She's studying Criminology in School, and has some interesting plans for her time in office. From what I read, there were other candidates that were older than this young lady is that turned the job down. This story reminds me of the teenager who was elected Mayor of a city a few years ago while still attending either High School or College at the time.
